Due to the personal nature of grooming products, all sales are final once opened or used.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will review the situation and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.
Unopened and unused items may be eligible for a return within 7 days of delivery, subject to approval. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
